DELIVERY POLICY

This delivery policy of Kounselly JSc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) describes how Sellers/ Instructors deliver work results/courses to their Buyers/Customers/ Learners/Students.

1. Types of delivery

1.1. For Services

Delivering work results for active orders will be done by transferring files/ links or attaching images/ videos/ recordings, etc. to messages from the Seller to the Buyer directly on the order’s transaction page. After handing over work results to the Buyer, the Seller will click the “Mark as delivered” button to notify the Buyer about the status of the order being delivered. The Buyer needs to review the handed-over work results and request revisions if necessary or mark the order as completed. For booked appointments for consultations/ mentoring, delivery will be conducted in two ways: Firstly, a link for an online meeting will be sent to the Buyer and recorded on the order’s transaction page. Secondly, an online meeting session between the Buyer and the Seller will be conducted. After the meeting ends, the Seller will also click the “mark as delivered” button for the Buyer to confirm the handover and mark the order as completed. However, since the online consultation session will not be saved and stored in Kounselly’s system, to provide evidence for handover to resolve any disputes that may arise, we recommend both the Buyer and the Seller to record the consultation session and keep a copy for precautionary purposes.

1.2. For Courses

After a student purchases a course and the payment is confirmed by Kounselly, the student will see the purchased course appear in the “Enrolled Courses” section on the left-hand menu of the screen or in the dropdown user menu on the homepage after logging in. Students can start learning immediately by clicking on the course. Kounselly’s system will record the progress of each course so that students can easily continue learning where they stop or switch progress between courses.

2. Order confirmation

The services and courses are provided entirely online through the Kousnelly.com website, thus service confirmation is electronic. After the customer completes purchasing/ booking a service/course and payment, the system will display detailed information about the purchased service, booked appointments, purchased courses in their account. Additionally, information about the service, appointments, and courses will be sent to the buyer’s email inbox to notify and confirm.
